10.09.07 - Councillor Val Lloyd, Pupils and teachers from Tirdeunaw School, Debbie Herbert, Llinos Hughes and Darren Thomas received a guided walk around The Lead Field by Clase & Caemawr Environment Group. They were shown the many interesting features of the field including the pond, ancient well and the bomb crater. |
24/08/08 - Gorseinon College and Antic Corporation, Swansea’s professional theatre company recently ran a seven day programme of performing arts activities for young people between the ages of 11-19. This years theme was "First Times" and four residents of Clase and Caemawr took part: Fallon Lewis, Hannah Grey, Toni Vandenburg and Jordan Cummings, they learned new skills in drama, dance, singing and video. On the last night there was a performance where they all explored different 'first time' experiences. Well done to our local film stars of the future! To learn more about Antic click here. |
